Most of the contents of this website are a personal blog which hopefully has useful information on technical matters concerning electronics and other ‘maker’ projects that interest me. Previously, most of my interest was around clocks and lighting, but currently it is about amateur radio, often called Ham Radio. I’ve also got various articles on bell-ringing matters.

The Five Farthings Handbell Band was formed in 2013.

The rest of this site is about The Five Farthings Handbell Band. We are based in Epsom, Surrey. We perform traditional songs at Village Fairs during the summer months, and Carols at Christmas.

We will be pleased to consider invitations for performances that are not too demanding.

Tower Bell Ringing

We also have a sister site Cobham Tower Bell Ringers which is about our Tower Bell Ringing activities at Cobham, Surrey. There, we teach tower bell ringing, we have regular Change-Ringing practices and of course we ring for Sunday services.
